The location is marvelous, so close to Oxford Street, Regent Street, and Piccadilly for shopping. The breakfasts offer many delicious options.

It was fairly clean, everyone was welcoming and exceptional. Peaceful and handy location adjacent to three different tube stations, the restaurants, reception areas and bar, the underground station close by, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. I really enjoyed hot beverages at Peyton and Byrne. Had good sleep at the double room. Admired city view from the window. The service provided there was very efficient. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The deluxe twin room was air conditioned and had a super king size bed that was comfortable. The breakfast offers delicious food such as croissants and pancakes.

Very good breakfast. The hotel is very well located, close to the park, public transport stops are nearby.

It's the second time I've been in this hotel. This time, at the same price (!!!) in a much smaller room, which had dirty, partly broken windows (bathroom).

The location is really super. The bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly. Super breakfast.Internet connecton is fast (however VPN breaks down every 5 seconds - not usable).

Staff didn't know that the Stansted Express wasn't running for 2 days and therefore a replacement bus runs which takes 45min longer because it's overcrowded. Such actions lead to things like "150 pounds" costs for a taxi to Stansted instead of 35 pounds in total. Reason: everyone wants a taxi because the Express doesn't run.

This place has a nice design and the staff at the reception desk are super attentive and friendly. the rooms are new and really nice, they come with WiFi, a mini bar, and a fan for those hot days. 😉

The offered breakfast is good, sometimes the breakfast room is very full. The location of the hotel, directly at the subway, is very practical.

The standard rooms are a bit small, but equipped with all comforts.

Good location. EU sockets available in the rooms. In the afternoon fresh fruit and "Detox" soft drinks were offered in the foyer.

Breakfast was not good, air conditioning in the room was broken, as was the hair dryer.
